If you have a support problem, please simply open a support ticket and we will get back to you within 2 business days. If you have a major system emergency, please flag your support ticket as urgent, and we will endeavor to answer your ticket sooner.
If you are a customer of a SendFaster reseller, then you will need to contact your reseller for support. In the event that your reseller does not provide timely support, please send us a message with your name, your resellers name and the nature of the problem.
